The project is located at Al-Aziziyyah Street on the road from Al Hada to Al Taif. Al-Aziziyyah Street is considered one of the most important streets in Makkah as it is full of activity and vitality. After we sold most of the proportion of the second compound, many people asked us to own and invest in the first compound so we met their needs by building a third compound.
The third compound is similar to the first one in the location and the features. 30 % of the third compound units had been sold before starting the propaganda.

The compound consists of two touched towers with one wonderful architectural elevation.

THE PROJECT DESIGN

The project consists of 18 floors and the total area is 2228 sq. m. These floors are divided as follows:

5 floors contain reception,
Management office, entrances, services, exhibitions, mezzanine, restaurant and parking, then the residential floors come with different areas.
