The features of the project:
There is a set of public services around the project which considered necessary for residence such as:
- It is near by Abu Bakr Al Sediek mosque.
- Al Montazaah shopping center which works round the clock and it is one of the biggest food centers in Bahrain .
- Al Houraa health center.
- A security center.
- The commercial insurance complex.
- Al Ezz commercial center and there is a set of luxury hotels and complexes of hotel flats.
- An agreement of Kuwait Finance Home and the companies of finance and leasing to finance clients for holding units in the project.
Finishing and utilities
The characteristics of the project:
- The tower consists of 15 floors.
- The tower contains 12 reiterative residential floors.
- It contains the basement and the ground floor as parking.
- Every floor contains 9 residential flats with different areas.
- Floor no.13 contains a coffee shop, health club, sauna and business center.
- Floor no. 15 contains a swimming pool
